In this video I'm going to show the little upgrades I made to my DIY Cold Plunge setup that makes a huge difference. Use these simple little tools you can easily clean your cold plunge and make your life a lot easier.

This is a DIY Ice Bath set up that anyone can build for their home.

I made this video because based on all the stuff I saw online about cold plunges, I couldn't find one that went through in detail what was needed AND showed the process of building one.

There are many health benefits to cold thermogenesis or getting into a cold plunge.

This concept of getting into the cold has been made popular recently by Wim Hof and his techniques.

I hope this video helps you build your own DIY cold plunge.

How has the ozone generator held up? On the website it says in red bold that is not to be used for Cold Plunges. Also, how has the aluminum lining of the freezer held up to the ozone ? Several say it destroys it over time. Curious to know your thoughts.

Did that Ozone generator work well over a long period of time to keep your plunge sanitary? I specifically on their site states, it's not for cold plunges, DIY freezer cold plunges. Curious if the pump and that ozone generator next to it were enough to circulate it? Others also highly recommended a filter unit, do you use a filter at all?

I just bought an aluminum lined freezer. I don't plan on using Ozone. It's super easy for me to siphon the water out and drain with my hose every 10-ish days. How did flex-seal painting your freezer work out? Is reacting to Ozone the only drawback to aluminum? Should I return my freezer and get a different one?

I got the ozonator and now have everything on a timer but it seems when I shut the freezer lid, it kinks the tube as to where it can't run. Did you run into that same problem?
