@ 3:21 the Myosin and Actin are incorrectly labeled. The blue filament (thin filament) with the helix shape is Actin. The red filament (thick filament) in the middle is Myosin.

Obviously they are better at producing illustrations than matching the video and the audio....those overly loud outer-space sounds were annoying as hell.

this video use the necessary terms and clear pictures that can make audience a clear information even he or she can even write test based on this video even some of part of this video they did elaborate clearly like when they talk about trapuzulaz that works with shoulders they don't elaborate clearly on what about muscle on neck also the fulcrum is only on elbows
