Does China's 6th generation Stealth Aircraft Kinda Suck?

In the skies above China a prototype military aircraft was captured on camera during a rare daytime flight that appeared to be their top secret 6th generation J-36 fighter. If this prototype legitimately has the capabilities that these new images suggest it does - then it could mean the Chinese Air Force is leaps ahead in development than some previously thought. But what exactly are we seeing here? Is this a new fighter? Some kind of mini bomber? Or is it copy cat of an existing American aircraft?
