Tkinter - Pygubu Designer - PanedWindow

I'll show you how to use a PanedWindow widget in Tkinter using Pygubu Designer.

In the example project, we will create a chat user interface. It will contain two panes - one on the left, and one on the right. The user will be able to resize the two panes by clicking and dragging.
