I've broken so many strings tuning my guitar to this. It was always unnerving when you had to go back after tuning to tweak them.

When I was deployed to Bosnia they came and played for us in a very small gymnasium at camp eagle. In front of a crowd of about 200 in December of 1999. It was really cool to hear them and meet them. It kind of felt like a small piece of home. Their plane almost crashed when they left because our airfield was extremely icey. So glad they didn't. But in a time when they were selling out much bigger shows. They took the time to see us and I always appreciated that.

Seasons by Chris Cornell: FFCCCF (It’s open F5 tuning). From standard tuning you tune Low E up to F, A down to F, D down to C, G down to C, B up to C, and E up to F (you could try to tune G up to C, but safety goggles are recommended).

Yup.
I have one of my acoustics tuned there...but I don't take a dozen guitars with me when doing a solo act; so my guitar tuned a step down does quite the similar & nearly unnoticed SAME THING (to many listeners).

I had the distinct pleasure of showing Mr. Reznik himself this & he said that's how it started...until his final alt tuning we know today.

This guy is amazing at teaching guitar, I've been learning for over 20 years and the little tips he offers in between teaching the main lesson shows he knows his business. Such as how to tune with a capo if you don't have a chromatic tuner.

I did security at Chameleon West recording studios here in WNY for Robbie of the GooGoo Dolls for the first three Music Is Art festivals. I'm not exactly a massive fan of the music, but those dudes are straight up awesome people, and they appreciate their fans very, very much. I've done security for quite a few artists who've come to my hometown to play the big hockey arena or football stadium, and even a few of the cool smaller venues here, but very, very, VERY few of them have ever been as cool to and respectful of the people around them who makes stuff work behind the scenes. Top shelf guys all around.
