Who is the lady in the snow hitting the volley's? I like how the paddle is nearly in the "ready" position at the end of the shot. When folks are this still and prepared to hit the next shot it makes it much tougher to attack. Also love the "goldilocks" elbows description. Nice video/drill

thanks nicole, another great vid. 1 thing i just developed is a tomahawk chop(from volleyball)on high volleys. it looks like the ball is being returned flat but in reality there is counter clockwise spin on the ball.
