Orange Chiffon Cake
Ingredients:

225 grams Plain Flour
200 grams Fine Sugar
6 Large Eggs Yolks
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
180 ml. Orange Juice
120 ml. Oil
1 teaspoon Orange Essence or 2 tablespoon Orange Zest
6 Large Eggs Whites
100 grams Fine Sugar

Pan Size: 23cm

Bake in 170°C

Dear Michael, long story in short is you are a hero in my house. I had been trying your recipes... all are HIT... baking is my passion...
At least once a week I bake something... when I asked my family that ‘What should I bake this week’ they said coffee cake.
I made your coffee sponge cake, coffee cotton cake but this time I wanted to make something new.
So this time I made ‘ coffee cotton chiffon cake’ ... my whole family got excited.
All credit goes to you...
I have followed your recipe only I have added 13/14grams instant coffee.

Sa lahat ng nasubukan ko ito ang lumabas na pinaka perfect i used to follow the procedure step by step pero failures ang iba pero ito sobrang happy ko dahil ang ganda ng txture ang lambot tamang tama lng xa...i super recommend this sa mga katulad ko na nagsisimula pa lang... Dear Michael, I am not the best cook out there. Actually I'm an awful cook. However, your chanel is the place i turn to whenever i want to make desserts, u know why? Two words. Perfect precision. Extremely accurate. I tried your donuts recipe. Perfect. I tried a vanilla cake. Same texture, perfect taste. I tried this cake last night. I fell in love. I made this cake yesterday and it turned out PERFECT! Soft and spongy. I substituted orange with milk and vanilla.

I made the pandan chiffon cake and it turned out fantastic. It reminds me of my childhood and I've received many compliments on it all thanks to you. Now I've got this in the oven and can't wait for it do be done. Looks amazing already though.

Today I made this cake, but so sad when I was turn the cake pan, the cake is come out, and when I check it, don’t need greased the pan with the butter, but I did 😁, but I’m satisfied cos the cake is very soft like cotton 👍👍👍u are the best chef to make chiffon 👍👍👍👍❤️thank you very much brother 🙏❤️stay healthy 🙏
