How we got robbed in Italy! 🇮🇹

For those who were curious about how it all transpired, here’s an extended video. Learnt some lessons the hard way. Putting it out there for you all to get cautious prior to your Euro travel.

I am doctor practising and living in Italy Florence itself for past 6-7years, robbery are very usual her.but in your case the people from the hotel/villa wineyard are totally involved.you should take action against them.bcoz usually we as local people are extremely aware of the situation here.Italian or any people staying here for long will NEVER advice to leave your belongings in the car(that too visibly through window from outside.You can complaint against them to CARABINIERI(special task force)not police there are useless here.or atleast give a bad review on the booking website were you booked it from so that people don't go such places.only then the higher authorities will take action.

Indians are a significant part of the global tourist community, and it's painful to see you both go through such struggles in a foreign country. I can't imagine how difficult that must have been. The guy who was showing around he said alarm is commonly heard . Lagta hai hotel walo ne robbery karwaya hai . Do they not have a cctv camera in parking lot ?

Hotel or their employees are involved in that robbery, they must be getting a cut that’s why they didn’t say a word in the beginning

The Hotel is fully involved in this. You guys should sue these ppl. Bring this to highlight to entire Italy and Italian authorities & senior ppl there, Police, security, Intelligence agencies, Embassy, legal authorities etc.

I feel the hotel people are definitely involved. Plus, after watching this blog, I am feeling so devastated. Can't even imagine how helpless and hopeless you guys felt, no family and no help from their side as well. To see Div cry, idk something inside me broke! We're so used to seeing that sunshine smile, it just shattered me, more than when I saw her accident clip, cause back then she was smiling.... But, well all that's ended now and I'm glad you guys had each other there, rather than facing it alone. This is the first vlog where I felt very sad, I could not stand seeing DT cry but this is an aspect of life, I know it’s easy to say that whatever is going to happen happened but whoever goes through it knows. Nothing is worth your lives and these things will come back inshallah. If anything happens here the people on the phone ask so many questions and take an hour to just answer questions. I’m just glad you guys made it back to your country safe!❤
