Well I just bought one a week ago and I have to take it back. Payed good money, rifle safe. Well it takes my print, but it won't when i go to unlock it. But unfortunately it clicks but will not open. I've tried and done it correctly for a week and a half. If some one broke in I would be dead.

I know this is an old video, but hoping maybe Stack-on will see this comment and respond. I have this same safe but have unfortunately forgotten my combination. I still have the key and can open it with a biometric scan. However, I'd prefer to also know the combination in case I need to share it with someone who doesn't have access to the key. Is there a way to reset the lock to factory settings to allow me to establish a new code without knowing the old one? If I have to record new biometric scans as well, I'm ok with that.
