I was informed by Stack-On's customer service department that they would not be offering me any fixes or replacements for my defective PDS-1500 because I do not have a sales receipt. I will be avoiding their products in the future and I recommend you do the same.

Geez I guess I should have checked the reviews before buying mine. I have the PDS-1800-E and get get it to reset so I can use my own code. The instructions are absolutely useless! They don’t even tell you what the default code is.

Mine suddenly started to get stuck when I entered the my code. I had to use my key since the alarm kept going off and it was load.

Yep I’ve got a safe from them and showed receipt and everything and they tried to give me another downgrade and said my biometric safe is outdated and the guy is also named Albert wtf!

The design on yours obviously doesn't want you to get locked out !!! Mine locked, the batteries died and I couldn't find the key. I found a solution video here on You Tube where you hit around the lock mechanism and turn the opening knob, and voila, it opens! I used a plastic mallet and on the 5th hit, it popped open! Really useless as a safe!

Bought one, years ago. Never worked right. Never called to get it fixed or replaced it. Shit product.
