We have similar stories man. I've been trying every online business model under the sun since 2015. I've had some success in some areas, and major success in others, but nothing that last forever. Wow this gave me hope not to give up. Started my journey on making money online when COVID strikes coz I lost my job. I tried everything (at least) like you. And I can say not giving up is the real test in business not the business model.

Lead gen is a service we offer. I know it was likely part of the package you sold them, but once the package is sold, each lead generated should be the client's responsibility, not yours. Especially since - if you do handle the initial sales - you'd have to learn every client's services, how they operate, their schedule, etc. Which is impossible.

If you would've sold the leads, and had the client take the calls, it would have worked a lot easier. But the thing with that is you need to ensure your client has their sales system dialed in, otherwise they won't close enough to keep you on. BUT, when you find a client who does have a decent system in place, they'll be able to leverage your leads into sales, and they won't want to lose you. Plus, you're not taking the calls, so other than a quarterly call, adjusting and improving the ad every so often - you're not really touching the project much. As long as they keep getting quality leads, they don't really care.

I have been trying to start a successful business for the last 4-5 years and every failed business led to a better failing business I am 15yr old tho I have high hopes with my latest please remind me by liking to come back and see how much progress I have made so I don't quit in I want to restart all those failed businesses and turn them around I believe I can do that...Peace out

Everyone is starting from 0 nowadays and then suddenly cane across this and that and they started making 10K, 20K, the main thing is tell a story that connects with people to grab attention and then tell your success story, but in reality in my opinion this is near to impossible to make 10k a month.
