for all people who dont know roblox now gives you premium the same day and time you bought it for example you bought it in july 8 and the time you bought it was 12:00 so that means that in agust 8 it will renew

I recently bought premium 2 months ago, didn't get it so i waited 3 days till i get a refund. Got the refund and 1 month later bought premium again (via paysafecard) and same issue again, also got refunded. Just wait till it gets fixed

Have you bought premium before and then cancelled it and then bought it again? It might be renewing and it takes about 3 to 7 days to renew

This is how premium works when you buy it on phone specially Apple if you have an account signed in and buy premium there’s a chance it would go to another account connected to your Apple account. If that makes any sense, I bought premium on one of my main accounts, and it went to my cousins account because I bought premium on his account before.

I got this problem twice now im currently contacting roblox help for this
I bought premium and saw my robux go up but then as soon as i reload the page its gone and my premiuk badge does not appear in my username

because its a glitch. i have it too, for premium members, they sometimes dont get their robux early. they might get it 1 or 2 days later after the new month. dont ask why i know this, i have encountered this problem multiple times.
