Mate’s face when Nico effortlessly rips his car around talking to him. Hearing an F1 champions feedback in the passenger of your own supercar must be such a special feeling, no wonder he had no words he will never forget that ride Nico.

6:15 2, 000HP + Drift Mode...it seems someone got nervous?! 😂 Who'd be up for this experience?

7:43 "These guys don't feel sorry" can't imagine the crap this guy has had to go through breaking into the luxury sports car market. Great to see that he seems quite down to earth

If Mate is this nervous with Nico driving his car, I can only imagine how he'll feel when other customers drive it for the first time

Mate is the most incredibly impressive person... and he is still so young so its insane what he is still going to achieve... And he is exactly the same now as he was years ago... extremely likable, humble and still sees this as chapter one after the years... what a champion...

Beautifully said Nico. So refreshing to hear a buisness owner who cares, respects and trusts his employees. No substitute for passion when it comes to running a successful enterprise.

Imagine being the owner hearing the guy who beat 7 time champion Lewis Hamilton in equal machinery say your car has great balance, handling and feels like a proper race car.

it's so uniqe to see a CEO being this down to earth. you can still hear that he is talking like a ''normal'' human being, and not some elegant snob. I really hope Matte keeps this humble and light personality.

Maté’s attitude toward other human beings (his employees, in this instance) of treating them as he would want to be treated (“The Golden Rule”) is so admirable and refreshing. He deserves his every success.

Nice channel, Nico. Yes, I adore the Nevera and look forward to owning one in the future.

Blessings, Grace and Peace 😊

Guys please. This is a F1 World Champion Driver. This is not some YouTube clown talking like they know cars. That’s how impressive this car is. To get a reaction from a world class F1
Driver like this, shows how special this car is.

I am impressed regarding the "temperature management for breaking" in the Nevera. When regen gets the battery too hot, breaking is shifted more to the disk brakes - keeping the total break power constant, so the driver doesnt notice the automatic electronic break power shifting. RIMAC is soooo far ahead - it is unbeliebable !!!
Phantastic engineering, Mate !!!

Mate sounds like an incredibly nice down to earth guy, you can tell he’s an engineer through and through and those types of car bosses produce better cars, accountants do not!

I really like Mate's approach to management especially while integrating a legendary company like Bugatti into the fold. Much respect to Mate and his team!

I’m an instant fan of this car. Video game levels of performance, the acceleration between corners looked impossibly fast, very impressive. The attitude Mate Rimac has towards the people that work in the company is beautiful, if I had skills that were worthy of this company I’d quit my job and make the move

Glad to see this video, as an engineer who participated in the development it is a pleasure to see that your work actually went into production. Congrats to all engineers who went involved, amazing success to everyone!

7:46 - "these guys don't feel sorry" - he has a very good grasp on how people at that level operate ^^

Mate Rimac's personality and what he and his team of engineers have done will be recorded in the pages of the automotive industry. American dream in Croatia. Nico and his emotions say enough to notice that the mission has been accomplished. And this is only the beginning of the adventure.
