Microbit Setup

Показать описание
Microbit is a great introductory to programming and interfacing with various outputs. We can use it to understand how computers work, and to make very cool projects! Here is an example project:
This is an inchworm robot, a simple creation to aim towards, using the servos that will be covered in another video.
Steps:
Open up your Microbit kit and take out the Microbit
Notice the different buttons - the A and B buttons are what we will be using to interact with the Microbit, and the reset button resets the current program
Remove the AAA batteries, battery container, and USB cable
Put batteries in and connect battery container to Microbit
You should now see that your Microbit has started lighting up.
Press and hold the A and B button, then tap (and release!) the reset button. This starts up pairing mode which is how we will connect it to the iPad.
Connect the Microbit to your iPad
Ensure that bluetooth is on on your iPad
Open the microbit app and tap on “Choose Microbit”
Tap on “Pair a new microbit”
Make sure the Microbit is still in pairing mode
Follow the instructions on the iPad
Your Microbit is now connected!
To start playing around with code return to the main screen in the Microbit app and tap create code!
