The Materials of the Volvo EX30

I have never owned a Volvo car, but I am very interested in the EX30 - this promo campaign is working its magic on me!

- What I wish from the EX30 and Volvo, is to offer an HUD (Head-Up Display) option, that changes the panel above the steering wheel to incorporate the system.
- Also, for the EX30 to be a „Tesla Model Y killer” (as many reviewers say it, even if EX30 is the smallest Volvo) it needs, alongside the normal towing, to have an option for power and reverse power trailer coupling, enabling a battery trailer/camper to extend the range and storage capacity (the range extension is needed to replace the range lost while towing, and for longer cross-country trips where you need the extra range, and extra storage (what you could carry in a model Y comfortably, it will not fit as volume in this EX30, and you will need to place it in a trailer or an external storage place), and it could tandem draw power, 2/3 car and 1/3 trailer, to not heat up the passive cooled trailer battery, it all depends of the trailer battery size, to deplete them at a similar % discharge/usage rate).
- what I would also expect from Volvo and all Sunroof/Moonroof vehicles, is a removable or retractable top sunroof cover that blocks around 80-100% of the heat (at least as an option, in special with the recent HEATWAVES).

These materials are great and I would love to swap seats in my XC70 MY2009. Maybe it's a good idea for your future development. Make seats covers out of these materials for older models so customers can do upgrade.

I would like to know if the EX30 will be available without a glass roof or the option for a sunshade, I have asked at the local dealership in Victoria, BC but they don't know and even asked on social media no luck either!

Lack of physical buttons and no heat pump in the base model is a problem for me.

Would be awesome, if there was a model without piano plastic, especially on the steering wheel and hopefully someone will be able to remove the harmon karbon branding. I pay, to NOT have ads in my life, thank you very much.

The Indigo color in the production model it's kind of blue and not like the video. And I have already ordered one. I hope is not light blue.

The non-recycled exterior looks very good. But relegated to the end of the video at 1:52 to hide it better, the Swedish woman is taking the p|ss out of us real Western customers. I like minimalism, but here it's rather "emptiness" and dull materials whose sole purpose is to cut production cost prices yet sold at a premium public price more expensive than ever to maximise gross profit with some shameless greenwashing to make customers swallow this bitter pill.
The thing is that we've never seen such an "empty" interior and, above all, such poor-quality bad-looking plastics, in any car! Ever. It simply looks like recycled plastic from a public garbage container, period. 
Shame on you for Volvo, your choices for the X30 interior even becomes a total disgrace when compared to the flattering soft materials and ultra-luxurious interior look of its Chinese cousin the Zeekr X, built on the same platform and sold at the same price point!!!
