Wow. This reminds me of a story of a lesbian correctional officer in Nassau County name Kim Wolfe who shot and killed her girlfriend after a rough breakup in 2010. Does anyone remember that story? Members of the LGBT are also prone to domestic violence. But the media does a terrible job at reporting it. This is domestic violence awareness month. Perhaps, the media should utilize this story as a teaching tool this month to warn Members of the LGBT communities to acknowledge their vulnerabilities and how to go about seeking resources to escape domestic violence relationships. Rip to the victim. 🥲
