Straight up MURDER. You can hear her speaking to him in the beginning, she was upset. He was mumbling back. When she walked away he grabbed her like he was trying to hug her and stop her from leaving him. At no time did he assault her. He kept calling her baby, like they were romanticly involved. THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS THOROUGHLY. SHE KILLED THAT UNARMED MAN.
