On our NCL last October, the package we had included wi-fi, 2 specialty dinner nights, excursion credit (which just about paid for it) plus cocktails and bottles of wine from the upper left of the wine list. It also included "bottlled" water. They were more like cartons. But one can always get water from the buffet. Just remember to fill a glass first then your bottle.

I am not a cruiser, but looking to go to Hawaii in January. They said that their Unlimited Open Bar is truly that. Everything is included, included frozen mixed drinks. Is that true? It looks like in the past, there were different packages and they have streamlined it to one all inclusive package. Am I understanding correctly? Thanks!

NCL has information on the website about their drink packages. All it takes is for people to actually read about what is offered. Its not that hard.

Just off Getaway. We were disappointed in the Premium Plus package, but we upgraded to include Bailey's and Chambord, etc, which on any other rational cruise line, would be included in a regular package.

Additionally, you need to be assertive with waiters at restaurants who are happy to pour you tap. You'd have to ask for a bottle of Aqua Panna. Sorry, but you literally scan your card to eat anywhere, and that info is encoded (how many meals you have, what beverage package if any, etc). Moreover, you are entitled to bottles of wine while dining. In our experience, we had to ask for the bottle, or we were just getting glasses. There was one amazing waitress who recognized us from a cruise we did 4 years ago and knew we were in the Haven and had the P+ beverage package. She was the only one proactive about getting us Aqua Panna, offering a bottle of wine, and knowing who our butler was to come pick up our dessert for later. She was in Ocean Blue. Other restaurants (beyond the Haven) were terrible in this regard.

We’ve sailed NCL for over 30 years, and we are aware of the limitations with the drink packages. We do generally get some free bottles of water in our cabin. They can easily be refilled.

The exclusion of water with the drink package is so wrong in many ways! We have 3 NCL cruises booked in the next 90 days and free bottled water would be much appreciated for work out days and late night!

I'm so confused, The cruise I'm looking at: Just Cruise Price = €669, If I add the Free At Sea it's €868. Will I have to still pay 20% extra on top of that €868 price?

I got the unlimited open bar package on my cruise coming up in April.So does that mean we gotta by coming out of our own pocket the water?If we want to buy one or how does that work
