When shaking someone's hands make sure to give them a good squeeze and stair them into their eye letting them know they can't fuck with you cause your a real man. A strong hand shake can say a lot about someone you know.

Great list of exercises. My favorite exercise for forearms and grip is... ROPE CLIMB. I have tried almost everything, and nothing hits my forearms harder than climbing rope.

I'm glad to see a workout channel mention grip strength, but to clarify, the towel pull up doesn't focus on crushing grip strength like a gripper (fingers actively moving toward your palm). It focuses on support grip strength (fingers staying locked in one position). And once you make the grip about 2-3" wide in diameter it moves into pinch grip strength (direct thumb activation). I just wanted to help out, keep up the good work.

Great video Alex. Any tips or especific exercises to prevent squat and deadlifts injuries? I'm thinking in dislocations with band for the shoulders, but a similar movement for the legs or the low back or whatever. Saludos!!!!

do you lose the benefits of using an axle bar if you use an over-under grip?

I use a thick bar double over hand and hold it for 45 seconds to a minute if I can do more than a minute I add more weight

Guys some help here! I got two grips from a friend but he overestimated my grip strength :P He gave me one 200lbs and another 250lbs and i cannot close them. What do you advice me to do? Should i buy the 150lbs one or can i get stronger without them and then use them?
