Mexican and Indian food go well together well. Im Mexican and cook Indian and Pakistani food frequently. I see so much similarity. They go so well together. I've made so many fusion dishes, especially from leftovers, and sometimes my family thinks it's purely mexican. Mole and curry are basically cousins, thousands of variants of both, and all so flavorful and spicy both from chili and spices. Black mole easily requires 30+ spices as do plenty South Asian dishes.

I just remembered that one meme where the guy was preparing someone’s food and drizzles some sauce on the fries and even after it’s close he still drizzles the sauce EVEN after the plastic has been tied up he still put sauce on it😂😂😂😂
