Another potential camera for people on an absolute budget is a second hand older iPhone like an old iPhone 11 pro ect. I'm an android user through and through but its undeniable that iOS have video capture to a fine art. The S1 Pro seems well made but I'm not sold on the amount of noise in some of the footage, albeit likely more than good enough for a livestream where the resolution is typically around 1080p anyway. Great review!
