Im actually in love with how strong was kosem, the leader ordered the janissaries to lower their swords but they didn't, still when kosem ordered, they didn't even hesitate 😉

Kosem indirectly doomed her son with this I mean don’t get me wrong I love Kosem but the fact that the Soldiers openly choose her over the Freaking Sultan is a red flag 🚩 that things are going to get worst for Kosem and Mehmet 🫤

This scene reminded me of Suleiman's power when he beheaded Janissaries Agha. No one dared to raise sword against Suleiman.

No hate to the actor but I feel like a part of why the Janissaries aren’t intimidated by him at all is because his voice isn’t that intimidating. Like for example, Sultan Suleiman and Sultan Ahmed have fiery voices when mad that can silence a whole room, but when Osman yells, it’s like the screams of a spoiled child. If it’s done purposely, then props to Taner Ölmez (Osman’s actor) 👏

Unfortunately he got deceived by the traitors, so he stole his little brother's life without mercy in a young age😞

The Alaudin and his brother, orhan or Murad I( i forget) was good example how the brother not fight, like Moses and Aaron, but the next Sultan don't follow that example, throne has many tempation, they look like Joseph's brot

Osman needs to be patient, like there was a million other things he could’ve done before raising a sword at Ali Ağa. I agree with Mansur Ağa here, his Lala affects him too easily

These poor actors. There was so much potential for them, the production budget was huge, they themselves look full of energy to give it their best selves. And yet, the scenario is of the low quality, or rather non quality, that it is. I feel bad. But mostly, I feel infuriated and angry at the missed opportunity and the wast that the imbecile Yilmaz Sahin caused. It should be noted as a crime what he did with these two series.
