2:40 "my first job was a data engineer" How is this someone who went from zero to hero? She obviously isn't like the rest of us mere humans. This doesnt help to motivate noobs.

These are encouraging, though I'm someone looking to transition out of a 20 year career into Data and I have no college degree. All these ladies eventually have 4 year degrees. Any suggestions? Video? Thank you Avery. I've been watching your videos and it's very informational. I've subscribed!

Loved these success stories, but unfortunately, the situation in Europe is quite different. The job market is highly competitive, and even experienced professionals struggle to secure data roles. Transitioning from a cleaner to a data analyst without a university degree isn't as straightforward here. Still, great insights!
