Glad to see you put the cobalt SS they're so under rated, Know a guy that make 550whp on a bolt-on car blew me away. Dsm's Can be had for $500, if you pay more then 7k for any gen DSM people tend to shake they're head at I got mine for $400

First Gen Volvo 850s and 98 v/s70's are insane too. Oodles of room for turbo upgrades and with a $45 junkyard ECM replacement(only 850s), a $15 cable, and a few hours of research and tuning, you can create custom maps using readily available information and software. Stock comes with at least 225hp and 250ft-lbs stock. With tuning and a 44trim turbo you can break 400hp while weighing in at 3100lbs. With e85, the sky is the limit. I had a 95 with the stock turbo making 350 on a worn out engine. With 10.3:1 comp and e85 I was spinning tires at 60mph in 3rd on a 4 speed auto at 5psi. I paid 1400 for it. You can find them no more than 2k.
