the cute fishron mount can also give you the speed and damage boost if the player is bellow 50% health which mostly happens in a boss fight or the lunar pillars which makes the mount more useful in battles

Me and my friend also use the slime mount to travel really fast down the hellavotor just make sure you have wings (or horseshoe for early game) so you don't die
