High protein recipe with goodness of oats and besan, this recipe is perfect for gym goers and you can easily rely on this option for your daily protein requirements.
Fast Facts: There is a myth that eating soyabean daily can will directly result in man boobs. So the fact is, there is spike in estrogen which can result into man boobs, only if you exceeds the recommended quantity of soya beans.
If you consume soya in proper quantities it is considered to be healthy.
Recommend quantity for health 70-80kg man is 45-50 gms of soya bean.
Recipe:
Step 1: Soak 200gms of soya bean and squeeze out all of the water and grind it into a very fine paste.
Step 2: In a bowl take soya bean paste and add
Oats powder 100gms
Besan 50gms
Salt 2tsp
Knead into a tight dough and spread olive oil and cove it with damp cloth for atleast 1hours, let all the ingredients do it’s work.
Now again knead dough until it’s semi soft and easily shapable.
Step3: Now grease up the candy stick with oil and gently fold strip into spirals as shown in the video and cook it in salty water for atleast 25mins and then transfer it into a ice bath and let it cool.
Step4: Now you can store this soya chaap in freezer upto 1month and make some delicious graveys and starters out of it.
