This is probably great advice for flying Utah but in Michigan there are very few options for flying 50 feet off the ground let alone 1 foot. Maybe in a corn field? Flying over a river seems a bit dangerous for a newbie? As a new pilot I agree that ocilation control is critical and takes practice, after 12 flights I'm still working on it. I would love to work on altitude control but again flying low is tough in MI and can be risky due to the lack of open terrain. I loved your sky flux review I'm hoping to get a flux or a Uni 1.1 In the next year. How do you feel about reflex technology for low hour pilots? Do you think the Flux offers similar XC capabilities in a safer way? I love this sport and your videos are amazing! Keep up the great work!
