Every week that I watch this, I see a little bit more of my childhood go away, but I appreciate that you keep me informed.
Thank you.

My thoughts are with all the people in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia affected by the hurricane. 🙏💔

All of these hit me hard. Probably because they were a part of my younger days, and it's a reminder of my own mortality. RIP all.

Seeing people die that are not much older than I am, make me realize my time is coming. Being a healthy, fit 70 year old does not mean I get another 20 years. I never think about it, but I am in the danger zone. Oh well, I will just tend to my flowers now, and book my annual cruise, and be happy I do not have to work 60 + hours that I did for 47 years. Life is good.

"Catch you f***kers at a bad time?" Kristofferson's Whistler was one of the best supporting characters in a Marvel film. He and Snipes was a great pairing in the Blade films. Also John Amos had the first Black patriarchal role in television. RIP LEGENDS!

It's been a hard week. Losing so much talent and legacies. It's hard for me @ even 56, to see people I grew up seeing or singing and sharing their talents pass away. May all have eternal peace and rest. 🕊️❤️🙏
Thank you for leaving us your talents to remember.

This past week has been tough to have lost not only these celebrities, but the many people lost because of the storm. I am in South Carolina and thankful we had no issues where we are.

Kris Kristofferson was also a star college football player and a Rhodes Scholar. His song “Here Comes That Rainbow Again” has probably the sweetest lyrics I’ve ever heard.
