Give your self clear personal goal, time line . Decide how your home can help you live more minimalist life . Decluttering . Train yourself to with less . I was an athlete sprinter . I had this thought if someone gave their 💯 and stood 4th it would give them sadness. While they give their 90% and stood first that would give peole immense happiness.

We put our happiness in societal expectations and go crazy.

I used to believe that living for others was a plan for success until……I had to completely walk the walk, so, to say. When I had two kids who are medically fragile and both have a chromosome triplication, I learned what that really means. Yes, it’s wonderful, but it eats you alive. It leaves a mark, so to say. I would no longer say that living for others is a mark of success; I would say it’s a life circumstance some of us live - for better AND for worse. You won’t hear rainbows and unicorns from me. This is legit soul crushing on many, many days. It all sounds good until, life forces one to completely walk the walk.
