Hello sir, I watched your videos it was very helpful for me. But sir I am not able to write queries in sql server 2008R2, when I imported report from csv to sql server and all the columns are in varchar, also not able to do cast and conversion. Sir pls tell me that why I am not able to do that such thing in my sql server.

Why would you want to run the same report on the same cached data all day every 30 min?
