Attorney sino po ba masusunod ang buyer o ang seller. Ung po nakabili ng lupa gusto na patayoan concrete na bahay ayaw po pumayag ng may ari pa at hnd pa tapos mag hulog bali po my kubo na sila. Ang gusto po nakakuha ng lote babayaran pag dumating na title na nakapangalan na sa seller. Sino po ba my karapatan mahigit sa kalahati na naibayad. Pwd po ba ibalik ng seller ung binayad pero bahay na tinayo hnd kasali sa babayaran.

Hi Atty. is it possible and legal po ba for the developer to issue “Contract of lease with option to purchase “ and “Addendum to the contract to sell” instead of should be Contract to Sell? Because I bought my property from Robinson’s Land Corporation before and when I compare the contract to another developer which we bought another condo unit few years ago it’s very different although it has the same payment scheme of 5%DP ready to move in and 15% payable in 24mos. Please help. Thanks
