Great tip! Other folks suggest a 50/50 mix of bleach and water, and with perhaps 5% added laundry detergent. You have to look at what bleach you are using: 1. regular household bleach has 6% hydrochlorite with a cholorine final quantity of 5.7%. POOL Chlorinating bleach has 10% hydrochlorite, so is almost double the intensity. 2. Highly suggest the following: wear rubber gloves that can handle chemicals, a breather, at least a KN95 mask, and make sure to cover your legs/arms. If you burn yourself from the bleach splashing you it can be not only painful but potentially scarring.

FYI: farm stores have a bleach for concrete for $5.99. It’s a concentration so you dilute it a bit but I never do 😷😎 I just wear safety gear and dump it on and circle scrub lightly and rinse into dirt (don’t rinse into grass or flowers 😂😅) I also use it inside for tough stains - I dilute it and mix it with dish soap and baking soda to creat a paste - apply to whatever stain (like red wine on carpet) and BAM stain gone. 🪄 like magic!

Great video! That's a lot easier than power washing. Thanks for the posting!

Love to see how the plants and grass are doing a month later?

I wet the driveway, twice, then put down bleach, scrub with hard brush, and leave it overnight. No rinse. Works very well. Experiment with different brands of bleach, pool bleach is best, but expensive, cheapest is Dollar Store. Hate pressure washing.

I discovered this when I was pouring chlorine into my pool and some spilled on my pool deck and it wiped out all the gunk on the deck.

I watched a woman use a huge rose stencil and pressure wash over her sidewalk, it actually came up stunning, and I think you could do the same thing with the Bleach and any stencil.

I was thinking that you put some black garbage bags. down in between your work areas. What about if you sprayed AND you put black plastic on top of the treated areas for 2 reasons. 1 - It would keep the bleach from evaporating, and 2 the black would heat the sidewalk a bit an make the chemicals work better? What do you think?

Who! That's epic mate. How would you approach improving upon that even further? Would you let it dry and then hit it again with another round?🙏👍👌💯

I have an idea. What if you pressure washed the sidewalk first during a hot day at around noon, then at around 10-11pm, when it’s dark out and the sidewalk is dry and still a little warm, spray the bleach on there to let it soak all night, then spray it off around 8am the next morning?

I didn’t read the label on the bottle so I’m just guessing here

After doing this, the runoff will go down a hillside with trees and plants. Will that be harmful to them? Thanks!

Will outdoor bleach kill the giant oak tree that has roots running under the (cracked) concrete I plan on cleaning?

Honestly I always tell
People that work with me on cleaning just about anything exterior, if bleach doesn’t work, use more bleach. That shit works so good it’s unbelievable
