To get rid of wand marks and braking your back hunched over for hours, get a pump sprayer and do a 50/50 blend of bleach and water and generously spray upon the surface. After 20/30 mins(depending on how bad the streaks) rinse off with a hose.
Having said that, it’s more bang for the results to use a professional power washing company.

Just a thought, if your using a wand you can make a jig with a wheel to attach to your wand, with a set screw or some locking mechanism that's adjustable and removable. Been washing hog barns for years it's really hard on the body running 10 gpm 3000+ psi for years, washing ceilings has taken a toll on my shoulders that's what hurts me is washing upwards, driveways sound like a vacation from pig barns
