i purchased and every time i used error came , not solid, etc... from eye view its solid but i dont know from whare unsloid

how is this different than solid tools? other than coloring and labeling.

I can't get it to work because it is saying I don't have a solid surface - but the group says solid group

hi newbie here. i would like to ask some help cause everytime i click the tool it alwasy show an error that one group must be named EXTG but i already renamd its layer. thanks for the rspond
