Shulk learns Monado Teleport

I was playing online with Shulk against a Mewtwo. During the match I had the Smash Art activated and then Shulk saw a vision of Mewtwo hitting him with a Shadow Ball. When Shulk countered the attack, for some reason, he teleported.

Let me know if you could replicate the glitch. I’m calling the glitch “Monado Teleport”
