How to Drag-and-drop Blocks in WordPress 5.5

WordPress 5.5 brought many changes to the Block Editor. The one that actually frustrates many users is the change to how you drag-and-drop blocks. The arrows for moving blocks are now in the main toolbar that hovers over the block. As seen in the video, now you have to click and hold on one of these two arrows and then drag the block to where you want.

Good thing you made this video i think a lot of people are lost when moving blocks. 
I found it out after a few tries myself but it's weird and i liked the previous way of moving better in Wordpress.
