Some people are just afraid of failure. Also some people don’t want all the stress that it deals with. It can be overwhelming for some people. I have seen friends walk out that door and taken the leap into entrepreneurship to only come back and get a day job. Running a business isn’t for everyone and they don’t like the uncertainty of it.

Some wise words. Totally agree with him. And I just had a convo with someone describing all the hardships and discrimination at his workplace and job But then stability is something everyone wants in life so what can they do, if they don't like the job but it provides them?

Not everyone can have their dream job though. Life puts you in a cage and throws away the key. If you have a mortgage and kids, your priority is feeding your family and keeping a roof over their head. It is a huge risk to follow your dream. You could lose everything and be left with a puff of smoke. Dreams might have to wait until the kids grow up.
I am 63. It is easy to talk the way this man does at 62. Not so easy to do at 32.
