Ceiling Electrical Box Hole Cutter

Показать описание
Cutting holes for ceiling electrical boxes just became a lot easier and cleaner! Check out this Milwaukee Tools® variable size hole cutter with dust shield!

When it comes to drilling holes in the ceiling to install can lights, light boxes, audio speakers, or ceiling fan support boxes, it can be a messy job. Well, it’s gotten a lot cleaner and easier with the adjustable hole cutter with debris shield.
The hole saw is adjustable to cut holes ranging from 2” to 7” (approx. 5 to 18 cm) and is easy to set up and use. The adjustment is intuitive and clearly marked. Simply remove the quick-lock chuck and pilot bit from the unit, set both cutter arms to the same desired setting, and reassemble. Then put the hex-drive chuck shank through the debris shield sleeve and go to work. It’s that easy.
The tool is black-oxide finished, and the debris shield is thick enough to last for quite a while, although it is a bit bulky and could be smashed under other tools or supplies. I don’t see a way around that though.
We bought ours for about $36, but in the short time we’ve had the unit, the price has now increased. To get the current price, or to order one, visit:
Klein Tools® also offers a similar unit for right under $30 at the time of filming.
If you have a ceiling fan to mount, see this episode where we show you what boxes are correctly rated for the job, how to mount them, and the difference between new and existing construction installations: COMING SOON!
With great tools and a bit of know-how, you can JUST DO IT YOURSELF!
