How to drop a pin on Google Maps :Tutorial

Dropping a pin in google map is very useful, specially when you are looking for a location that doesn’t have an address or road network. Dropping a pin can also help you when you gets a wrong location from Google.

Follow the steps to drop a pin on Google Maps.

1. In the browser, click on Google App icon.
2. Click on Google Maps App.
3. Left click in the Google Map to Drop a pin, where you want to find a place.
4. A grey pin icon will appear on the map and information box will appear at bottom.
5. Click on information box to see more details about your dropped pin location.

Go to Settings and set Playback Speed to 1.25.
