The total Sugar present in this product is Natural Sugar I.e lactose in Milk.
This product has beta galactosidase enzyme in it which breaks down the lactose into glucose and galactose so that lactose intolerant people can consume it easily.

Added Sugar is extra sugar that’s added in the product during processing.
Total sugar includes Natural and Added Sugar both.
Men should not consume more than 9 teaspoon added sugar/day and women/kids should not consume more than 6 teaspoon/day.
