Miso Soup | Vegan & No Fish

Miso soup is something I rarely ever pay for because it’s so easy to make at home (and usually a lot better… some restaurants use instant miso soup packets 👀)

Make your own and you can make it vegan too! All you need to do is make a vegan dashi base (in place of fish based dashi) and I like to use a mix of both red and white miso.
