Lenovo ThinkPad T14s G4. You can do a bit of everything. Office work, 1080p gaming, programming, and good battery life.

Firefly G10 because light colour doesn't show fingerprints and 96GB RAM support. Not T14, but P14S with Oled and 64GB RAM would be 2'th. In the other hand, 2400-2500 € for 7840U/HS and 780M iGPU seems a lot.

Z13 / T14 gen 3 with ryzen 6650u has better battery, almost surpassed air m2, without restriction on RAM/wifi upgrades.

I'm eyeballing the HP EliteBook 845 G10 (with the Ryzen 7 7840u). Reasons why: upgradeable RAM, wifi module and m2 drives, and I prefer to 1920 x 1200 screen resolution on a 14 incher. Also - I run Linux, and I hear this model runs Linux very well. If Linux would run optimally on the M2 MacBook, I'd buy one of those in a heartbeat.
