Just take the disc out, blow on it and put it back in...the tiniest piece of dust will mess up the installation speed. This method worked for me

If there's a aplication data put ps4 in rest mode and when it's done it's works

Dude i found out how to fix
If it has scratch on it it wont load up it just stays there, heres a tip....

1) Put toothpaste all over disk and wait until 5 minutes
2) wash it off with warm water
3)dry it with any cloth which is soft
4)dry it really well or it will f** up ur ps3/xbox.
5) then play, it would load real quick trust me. It works on mine before i had 2096/8486, but now it install :) thx for my tip

By the way dont use crystal ones which has like things on it. Just use normal ones. With nothing on it :)

Press options on the game then information it will tell you have much you REALLY got left

i know how to fix it. Wipe the back of your disk to the point you don't see smug marks. Then put the disk in. Don't touch the back of the disk. I just did it and now it works.

I have the disc but it Keeps getting stuck at a certain point when installing...ive cleaned the disc the system and still nothing I need HELPPPP

It takes long because it's not finished downloading the whole game. Press the psbutton go to gta and click options and the information and it'll tell u how many GBS areleft to dl.u can play another game while it downloads and try installing it again when its almost done downloading the whole game

Guys there is an easy way,
Delete the game,
Take out the disc,
Then clean it,
Put it back in and you will be good.
Mine is 99% now

When you first put in the disk, you have an initial install. Once complete it will ask to update. Update and install. Once complete. Power cycle the ps4. Not stand by. Once on, go to game and do the final install.

This happend to me 1 week ago I looked around on youtube and google but nobody had the answear I deleted the game and re-downloaded it, diden't work so I cleaned the disc and downloaded it again and it worked (ps4)
