Indian Mushroom Rice (Pilau)

Indian mushroom rice is a standby in U.K. curry houses. It's basically mushroom and rice pilaf with some spices and turmeric, and it makes a fantastic side dish for just about any curry.

Here I use dried morels. You won't see any recipes (at least in English) using dried mushrooms or wild mushrooms for this dish, but the ancestral dishes like this would definitely have used them. I explain more in the video.
