i swear that Canseco HR was still on an upward trajectory when it was caught in the 4th level of the Skydome, no telling how far it would have gone

Love it how the cameramen failed to catch every single one of them

Adam Dunn was a monster, he really was one of the best power hitters ever

The #2 clip: Dave Niehaus, what an amazing call. Dave was the Mariners' announcer, but he still had an incredible amount of energy for an opposing home run. Hall of famer, you are deeply missed.

The stupid visual effects cover up many of the swings.

When I was in first grade ( maybe second ) I once hit a shot in T-Ball that had to have traveled 50 feet.

The Reggie Jackson HR at Tiger Stadium in the early 1970s MLB All-star game was hit so hard that it is said it was still rising when it hit the lights and fell back on the field in pieces. It’s estimated that if that ball had not hit the lights the trajectory would have taken it easily over 600 feet. I remember that hit and it was awesome!

I once hit a 600' home run in a video game.. Pretty proud of that.

I remember watching McGuire's HR off of Randy Johnson. Although it wasn't the record, it was a tremendous blast! I never saw anybody hit a HR off of Randy Johnson like that!

Adam Dunn was a phenom. I call him Mr. 40 / 100. Five years in a row he hit EXACTLY 40 home runs and some 100 RBIs (RBIs actually 100 to 106). He had seven seasons with 40-46 HRs and two with 38, each season 100 RBIs give or take a few. He couldn't hit for squat, lifetime .237, but if you wanted a guaranteed 40 / 100, this was the guy to get. Amazing.

I hit one of these one time in my Junior High School years.

I'll never forget that day I hit it and beat my cousin in Wii Sports...

Old yankee stadium prior to 1970 was 461' to dead centre with a 20 ' wall, Mantle hit two out there. There still is a picture of the lone fan seated in the area catching the ball about 20 rows back. 520' away from home plate. It's a fact. That is one that has photographic proof. Only three balls ever made that wall Mantle hit two.Mantle hit two balls that came within inches of leaving Yankee stadium nobody else ever came close. Even Aaron said Mickey hit them farther than anyone.
