Great video! I am a manager and have managed a number of people who were being treated for ADHD. This video explains some things I observed. Thanks.

What about the time of day when the world is finally quiet enough for me to enjoy using my brain? Like super late at night and into the wee or not so wee hours of the morning? I have a really hard time making myself disengage with reading or videos to go to sleep.

Wow! Never heard the term “witching hour” before, it has a negative connotation (exorcists refer to the 3am hour as the witching hour because of high demonic activity 😮), so I find it off-putting, thanks for this video. I would go for the other names you suggested, perhaps calling it a “sleepy hour, ” or the “low charge zone” would be more appropriate and not as spooky. 😊
