It's a declaration that the positive economic numbers are made up.
... by the way, the problem was never too much money, it was money in the wrong place and not enough stuff.
We need easier regulation so investing in domestic production becomes possible again.

Fed is data dependent and the inflation currently confirms the lower path of the rates but it may change in the future.
