You have a voice that will calm the common beast. My cat usually makes night time a real struggle to get her to leave me alone so I can sleep. I've discovered that if I don't use my sleep mask/ head phones and let her listen to your meditations also, she is a lot calmer and she lets me sleep. When I turn on your meditations she wants to be really close to my device so she can hear you better. It's funny how much she just mellows out at the sound of your voice. Oddly, I listened to this last night and slept so soundly that I’m not even sure what you said. Lol! But I “lost it” with a male contractor a few days ago over the pace of the progress on my project. My future and hopefully last home/community is riding on the success of it. And it’s been slow. And expensive. I decided to choose this video last night because I thought maybe I could improve my managerial skills somehow . I think I come off as “too nice” and “a buddy.” I prefer to be treated with respect and fairness. This was . . . really good. Listening to this will become my evening shutdown soundtrack. Generally, I sleep solid for 4-5 hours, then I'm fired up and ready for the day, but it's 3am. Not good.
At 56, I know I need to be down, if not out, for at least 7-8 hours.
Last night, I micro-dosed huachuma and 'cybe. When I did wake, I heard the calm voice saying nurturing words, and I shifted back into deep sleep.
I woke without an alarm, and I'm energized for my physically demanding workday.
