Peanut butter is a healthy option for snacks, to spread on toast for breakfast etc. Check my healthy snack recipes for students/bachelors.
Ingredients:
Peanuts: 2 cups (roasted and de-skinned)
A pinch of salt
----------
Note:
To sweeten, you can add 1-2 tbsp jaggery or dates while grinding. Though I prefer it to be all natural without added sweetener. Pls avoid adding refined sugar.
This peanut butter stays upto two months in the fridge or maybe even longer if stored in an airtight glass container.
It stays good at room temp for up to 2 weeks if stored in an airtight glass container, I recommend you to keep in the fridge to prevent any mould formation if you are living in a humid climate.

I am planning to try this right now. Let's see how it goes for me.

Update: I could make delicious peanut butter. Here are some points to remember though:
1. It didn't take 1 minute but approx 35min.
Roasting: 20min in lowest fame.
Cooling: 10 min
Blending: 5 min
2. It really doesn't matter if you have a good blender or premium quality peanuts or not.
Blender used: 8yrs old (blades are old)
Peanuts: Regular ones.

3. What really worked?
Roasting Peanuts in a very low flame with continuously stirring it till it returned golden brown.
Note : There wasn't a single black spot on my peanuts at the end. Also no peanut had white colour on it. It all turned beautiful golden brown.
4. The blender does turn hot after blending for 2-3 minutes. At this point stop and wait for a minute to cool it down a bit before you continue. This is good for your blender's health as well.
5. Add salt and honey when your peanuts are little crumbled. Adding at this stage will let it mix uniformly.

Enjoy! :) Thank you for the recipe Ma'am. :)

Tip: if you are using regular grinder, use the small jar which we use normally for making masala. You need to blend like 6 or 7 times. So it will take some time when using low speed mixer. Hope that helps for someone.

I thought peanut butter contained a lot of butter for sure. *My life was a lie* 😂

Tip: after grinding for 3 seconds take out 2 to 3 tablespoons of the coarsely crushed peanuts and add them back after your peanut butter turns smooth to make your own crunchy peanut butter. 😄

Excellent!
TIP: If you really want to make it even healthiest, add a tbsp of chia seeds to that.
Peanuts have tons of omega 6 and it causes inflammation. All you have to do is add omega 3 to eliminate this problem.
I hope it helps!

That's the most healthy way of making authentic peanut butter. No sugar, no added oil. 👍 The only video that shows you how to make 100 % authentic healthy peanut butter.

As a comment mentioned earlier, salt and honey are really good additives, you can also chop up salted salted and roasted peanuts and add it to the butter for the crunchy texture. Thank you for the recipe ma'am!

Pro tip: don't use the larger jars. If you do, you'll lose patience removing the peanuts stuck to the sides after each pulse

Made it and it's awesome. Way better than any store bought PB (the stuff Jif passes as PB has almost 10% sugar and processed hydrogenated oils). You do need a very good mixer to do it in 1 minute. Took me more like 5-7 minutes. You can buy good quality roasted peanuts to skip on the roasting.

Wow. Roast the peanuts, remove the skin, pulse them, grind them for 30 seconds, stir them, grind them for 30 seconds… all in 1 minute! Very impressive.
