I’m 23 years old and my dad died a month ago. When Lauren first came out with this song I absolutely fell in love with it. A month after my dad died and I chose the song to be used at his funeral after it took place I couldn’t bare to listen to the song anymore because it bought back so many memories but now as of today. I’m encouraged to say I watched his funeral and I’ve started to listen to this song again.

Nobody truly knows the love, feeling and piece Lauren brings in her songs by the specific words she uses. I’m grateful to come across an artist who I can relate, listen and learn from as a young adult growing up. Lauren, I hope you know the influence you have on teen and young adults girls.
